Client became homeless after suffering from a server mental illness.
GIVIT
The client became unwell at an early age in life. The client struggled to stabilize his mental health condition. Eventually the client's mental health state meant that the client lost his accommodation. This then led to the client coming in contact with the Police which eventually lead to the client receiving the right kind of treatment for his mental health condition. The client eventually commenced residing at our Crisis Accommodation Service. After being in this facility for 6 months the client has found stable and supported accommodation through a public mental health provider.
