PRAP Team supporting homeless clients into houses

Our PRAP team support anyone who attends our service for assistance with homelessness/housing needs.
Our main goal is to establish housing and maintain housing.
We find a lot of the time our clients come to us with nothing but their clothes they are wearing. We scramble to try and find them items which we get through donations.
We try to have some simple bags for children with clothes, a book, colouring pencils and something small and special inside to give children when they enter into crisis accommodation with our service.
We then help them get a property and then often they move into their home with nothing. We have tried to provide basics of an air mattress and fund a fridge is there is left overfunding to do so. Often there is not and we have to allow the clients to move in with nothing and slowly gather their own furniture and items for the house.
We as a program would love to be able to have access to some items/vouchers to provide clients who move in ASAP to help them.
