This courageous single mother fled a violent domestic violence relationship following a serious assault, taking her young children to safety. Having been forced to leave with very few belongings, the family is rebuilding their lives from scratch while navigating significant financial hardship. Her six-year-old son's birthday is approaching, and due to their circumstances, she is unable to provide him with a gift or celebrate this important milestone. Assistance with a birthday gift or celebration would bring joy to a little boy who has experienced significant trauma and remind this family that they are supported as they continue to rebuild their lives.
