Recent engagement with a young mum who is experiencing domestic violence. She is engaging with supports and has regular counselling. She is identifying and now able to name the abuse she is experiencing.
She is studying a Certificate 3 so she can build a future for her and her child.
She has limited support in place but is accepting of having a network of support built around her.
She mentioned that she feels she has lost herself and is trying to get the happier version of herself back.
She loves walking/hiking and is creative with making jewellery.
