Seeking support on behalf of a single mother and her 4 children who are working hard to rebuild their lives after leaving a domestic violence situation. She is doing everything she can to provide her children with a safe, secure and positive future, but the family is currently experiencing significant financial hardship. While their immediate focus has been on establishing stability and moving forward, there are still many basic things they simply cannot afford. One of those things is a computer.
The children need access to a computer for their education, including completing assignments, researching schoolwork, accessing online learning resources and developing the digital skills they need for their future.
We are hoping that someone in the community may have a suitable computer they no longer need which is in a good working condition and would be willing to donate. Even a voucher to buy a desktop computer would be appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to consider this family.
