The individual is on the DSP that has severe OCD and requires a computer to access the internet to be able to study, write a resume and obtain employment. He really wants to get work but a big barrier for him getting a job is having a computer to be able to write himself a resume, to access training to be more employable and then to apply for jobs. Since he is on the DSP he does not have funds to be able to afford a computer. He would be grateful if you had a computer that he can have and use and be able to get employment.
