First Nations 76 year old age pensioner has been renting a fridge for the past three years, to find out that she doesn't own the fridge. Age Pensioner thought she had signed up to a rent to buy product, but was informed by the rental company that they don't allow that option. Rental company's options was to continue to rent or she can get an upgrade, but it will continue to stay as a rental. Due to the cost of living the Age pensioner has returned the rental fridge, and is using an esky to keep her goods cold. Any support given to this Age pensioner would be so grateful.
