DFV survivor, Deaf and Homeless trying to get back on their feet and overcome hardship

This young man is rebuilding their life after fleeing domestic violence and is currently experiencing homelessness while living in crisis accommodation. With no family or friends to lean on, they're facing this journey largely on his own.
Living with PTSD and frequent night terrors, they continue to cope with the lasting effects of trauma while trying to establish stability and regain a sense of safety. Being deaf adds further challenges when navigating daily life, accessing services, and building new connections within the community.
Despite the significant barriers they face, they remain bright, energetic, and determined to create a better future for themself. They actively engages with supports and is committed to rebuilding independence and moving forward with hope.
In their spare time and as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, they enjoy listening to music, doing art and attend rally's and marches to help support the community and advocate for others.
