I am writing to request assistance in the form of a Kmart voucher for a large family currently experiencing homelessness. The family is in urgent need of a new cot mattress and sheets for their infant. Unfortunately, their current bedding has been affected by mould and is no longer safe or suitable for use. Replacing these essential items would greatly improve the child’s sleeping environment and wellbeing.
Due to the family’s current financial and housing circumstances, they are unable to afford these items themselves. A Kmart voucher would allow them to purchase the necessary bedding and ensure the child has a clean and safe place to sleep.
