The client lives with her family of 6 and is receiving Centrelink benefits. She does not speak English and has financial difficulties meeting her family's daily needs. The client received a $120 grocery voucher from SMRC about 4 months ago. She is not eligible for another voucher under the current guidelines, but she can receive food parcels, which usually contain basic items like rice and pasta. The client advised that her family needs a wider range of groceries, and a grocery voucher would help her purchase essential food items for her household. Any assistance with a grocery voucher would be greatly appreciated.
