Client is a 58 year old First Nations man who is currently in crisis accommodation after a prolonged period of homelessness. Originally, from the South Eastern region of Victoria, he has few supports in Melbourne and whilst homeless, was unable to access medical support but is now linked to the hospital where he is accessing treatment for cancer. He has finally secured public housing but has few belongings or furniture to help make it his forever home.
