This family is comprised of Mum and one young person aged 12. The family are facing extreme financial hardship and are unable to buy the basic necessities that they need due to this. Mum is currently unemployed due to physical and mental health barriers that have resulted in hospital stays. The family is extremely isolated with no supports or connections to community. Due to not having access to the basic necessities, this has impacted on the young person's engagement in school and learning. This family would greatly benefit from any support with the requests to ensure that their needs are met, Mum is supported and the young person is able to access their education more holistically and flourish.
