28 y/o man helping support his unemployed mother with her Hobby farm in Yarroweyah was impacted by the January 2026 Yarroweyah Fires. The uninsured farm impacted house damage, equipment, livestock, outbuildings as well as the cost of fencing- which has been a struggle to mainly keep the goats contained which have been impacting neighbouring paddocks which have crops in them. On top of the trauma of the fire, there has also been severe mental health struggles. Any help for this hobby farm is greatly appreciated. Fencing is a major issue, dogs have already killed at least 1 alpaca and the potential for further loss is there. Fencing supplies is the major need for this family
