Elderly Man who is still trying to get on his feet after being impacted by T/C Alfred, Lives alone and has been on the water for many many years. Has experienced significant challenges related to his mental health Social withdrawal, Anxiety, depression the will to move forward given the huge task at hand for his boat repairs. In receipt of an Aged pension and experiencing financial hardship, is now feeling defeated due to a huge expense that he is unable to cover.
