Client in finacial hardship, new in the country, single mother with no job, no stable house to stay.
Single mother of 3 who is new in Australia, living in a shared private rent with her children and not working. Client has been experiencing financial hardship, language barriers, mental health issues and isolation due to being new in the country and now knowing places and people. Client is needing education support for her 3 children who have just finishes from language school and will be starting primary and secondary school in 2026 but have no mean of transport as mum is not driving and there are no direct buses to the school. Client is very worried and stressed out over this issue. Getting bikes for her two sons age 16 and 12 and her 5 year old daughter would relief her of the pressure she is under and ease her thoughts and give her assurance that her children will go to school and back safely while she works on improving her English language, obtain her learner's permit to get her driver's to ease her Settlement into their new home.
