Family facing extreme hardship, impacted by flood 2022 and fire more recently in Victoria

Young couple 2 children, the eldest an autistic person and youngest has developed a fear of extreme weather, due to experiencing both a fire and flood in the past 4 years. The family are ineligible for any grants as property is in a undeclared disaster area, the family evacuated during the fire. 80% of the 150 acre property impacted, hay shed, silage, fodder and feed destroyed.
The families cat was harmed in the fires resulting in a $3000 vet bill.
Husband is self-employed farmer and lost 1 month of wages. Whilst they have insurance it doesn’t cover the fire impacted areas. Any financial assistance will be appreciated. Thank-you.
