My client is currently experiencing homelessness and is facing multiple complex challenges. The parent is managing postnatal depression while caring for two young children – a 4-year-old diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Level 3, and an 18-month-old. There are concerns regarding parental mental health, household hygiene, and ongoing conflict within the home environment. The situation is impacting the family’s overall wellbeing and stability, and support is needed across housing, mental health, and early childhood development.

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
