client is 31yrs old and requires a washing due to her experiencing financial hardship. client was impacted from floods in 2022. client has a chronic illness and requires her to attend hospital 3x a week for dialysis appointments. client had accident this week at 1 of the 3 appointments during her appointment needle popped out which then resulted in blood going everywhere. clients' clothes were covered in blood. client stated she doesn't have a washing and won't be able to wash her clothes. due to her chronic illness, it requires a lot of energy to attend local laundromat. client also part-time care for her younger 13 brother, he also requires using washing for his school clothes. due to her chronic illness, it is extremely important that client lives in a cleanliness environment.
