22 year old support: pathways to employment

I am supporting a young person YP 22 year old in a pathway toward apprenticeship.
YP has worked regionally since 2022 mainly in fast food outlets. YP's mother passed away, a while back and the YP father parent has addictive traits. YP is one of multiple children, and his eldest sibling passed in 2007 with a genetic condition. The siblings are not in contact with one another.
YP was placed in residential care for most of his upbringing, often with siblings separated.
YP lived with father for a short time after leaving residential care, but the father left him alone living in a tent in a caravan park.
Prior to this YP finished year 10 of school. YP lives alone and he is working toward a more stable housing situation.
My request is for driving lesson/ vouchers to assist with the nine hours driving required for the PCYC no barriers program. I am hoping for driving lesson vouchers for Whitsunday Region to enhance job prospects since losing recent employment.
