Single Mother of 4 children under age of 12 has relocated from WA to Cairns to escape DFV wanting to setup new life in Cairns. The mother has struggled to find work to support her family and receives support and food relief from local community neighbourhood centre. The family has basic household needs but nothing to keep the children entertained at home. They have a passion for basketball however the closest basketball court is not within walking distance. The family would like support in getting a basketball hoop and ball to play in the safety of their home.
