Client lives with her husband and their twin boys (age 5). She is originally from India and has no family support here and only has a few friends. Client has an extensive history, particularly her extremely traumatic pregnancy with her twins. They were born pre-mature (30 weeks) and stayed in hospital for over 1 month after birth, where she was attending there every day. Consequently, after birth, the twins developed multiple health issues including physical health conditions, Autism, ADHD (?), behavioural issues and speech delay. Since their birth, life has been 'very stressful' with numerous hospital visits/admissions (spending many hours in Emergency) due to the kids' symptoms and ongoing treatment. Many areas of life have been affected since having her twins and she has struggled to cope, with limited support. Her husband has had a 'demanding' career to support the family financially and they have experienced hardship. The family's social isolation has made life very difficult.
