This lady has been kept out of her home, no access to money or shared accounts and is now reliant on Job Seeker Payment from Services Australia. The events that unfolded where unexpected and on her return from a weekend away in December 2024. The lady received a phone call from her husband who told her not to return home. The lady was towing a shared caravan, with the family car which both have been removed from her under duress, and no access has been provided. The lady was then placed under further distress when her now ex-husband had an application for a Domestic Violence Order served on her. This order was unsuccessful in the Domestic Violence Court, as there was no evidence to support the allegations. The lady had her network of supports but now due to being unable to provide for herself she is having to relocate by train to a rural community where her and ex-husband have a house. This lady has no belongings, the house is bare and she has no money to buy the basics.
