First Nations Support
Our child, youth and family drop-in provides a safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed space for children, young people, and families experiencing vulnerability, disadvantage, and social isolation with lived experiences of DFV leading to homelessness, We provide early intervention support by strengthening protective factors, resilience, improving emotional wellbeing, and fostering positive relationships. Children and families develop skills, confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging.
Despite increasing demand and demonstrated community need, the program receives no dedicated funding and is currently sustained through limited organisational resources. funding is urgently required to support activities, meals, and program delivery.
We aim to ensure vulnerable children and families can continue accessing vital support, connection and opportunities to thrive.
