The Strathbogie Disaster Relief organization have played a significant role in the recovery effort of the individuals and communities affected by the January 2026 Bushfires.
As a part of the immediate support offered, they arranged the loan of a number of generators that were distributed on properties and at recovery hubs to provide essential electricity for basic amenities these have been utilized throughout the affected areas. This loan period is now ending, and one generator cannot be accounted for - lost in the chaos of the emergency.
Strathbogie Disaster Relief are requesting a hardware (Bunnings) voucher to buy a replacement generator, values at $1498 - which will be made available for immediate support in future disaster events.
