50-year-old male is in need of financial support

Client has been living in a crisis accommodation for months after being discharged from a recent admission to hospital. He has been in the work force for many years but unable to return due to physical health issues. Rent has taken a large percentage of his Disability Support Pension payment, which leaves him very little amount of money for other daily essentials.
He has a small car to get around as he's unable to walk long distance. He's been having issues with the car, which needs to be fixed. He has applied for advance payment from Centrelink not long ago and is not eligible for another application. He needs help to fix the car which will cost a few hundred dollars and also pay for rego.
He is already struggling to pay for daily living essentials, having significant difficulty to pay for the repairs and rego.
Having a running car is very important for him to access the community. Any kind of financial help with this will be much appreciated.
