76yr old gentleman - living alone, has undergone major heart surgery in the last year and has other medical issues.
He is renting his home and is struggling each fortnight with only his aged pension. He lives rurally so the cost of fuel and other items is also higher, also local fuel station is currently closed so has to travel to get fuel.
He has to purchase Gas bottles for his water and cooking. Which are quite costly and only last 2-3 months. He has electricity bills but does not receive the rebate as this goes to his landlord. His car registration is also due. This gentleman volunteers in the community helping people whilst struggling himself.
