Our organization is an early childhood and family support program for vulnerable and disadvantaged remote Indigenous communities. In the early years, families are the primary influence on children’s learning. This program caters to families who have children aged 0-4 years of age and provides early learning playgroup and parenting programmes on child development and health to enhance children’s early learning and to improve the developmental outcomes for remote Indigenous children. Currently, we are on a lockdown due to COVID-19 and families have no access into town to purchas. Our families live in overcrowded housing and often in challenging home environments. Our young parents with babies and families are urgently are in need of personal hygiene essentials/educational resources. Due to changes in weather over the recent days, our families also require basic essentials and household items to keep warm. Any donations big or small will go such a long way and will be greatly appreciated.
