Client is currently homeless and is living on the streets. Client regularly loses items and struggles to maintain nourishment

Client has been homeless for over 12 months. He struggles with mental health issues, due to trauma throughout his life. Client has little personal belongings/possessions and any food he buys usually has to be pre-cooked due to him not having anywhere to prepare/cook food.
Client is trying to improve his circumstances, however this is proving to be difficult due to a lack of stability in his life such as safe and stable accommodation.
Client is working with Caseworkers to gain accommodation, however in the current environment this is proving very difficult as client does not have the financial capacity to rent privately and transitional accommodation is very limited.
A food voucher would greatly assist him in this time of need.
