This family is rebuilding after experiencing significant domestic and family violence, alongside the heartbreaking loss of the 3 year old boys mother earlier this year.
A loving aunt has stepped in to care full-time for her 3-year-old nephew, providing him with safety, stability, and unconditional support while they both navigate immense grief and trauma. Despite everything they have faced, they continue to show incredible resilience and strength as they work toward healing together.
We are seeking support to purchase the little boy a new soft bed and bed frame. At the moment, he is struggling to sleep in his current bed due to the strong emotional connection it holds to memories of sleeping beside his mum before her passing.
A new bed would provide him with comfort, security, and a fresh safe space of his own as he continues to process such a significant loss at such a young age. Any support, big or small, would make a meaningful difference to this family’s healing journey.
