Elderly couple, farmers, House saved, all feed, fencing and paddocks lost
2026 Victoria Bushfires
Elderly couple with adult disabled son. Fought for 10 hours to save home. Home severely impacted by smoke. Unable to save some animals, fencing, equipment, feed for animals and paddocks.
Husband suffered head and shoulder injuries. Spent 3 weeks in intensive care. Unable to currently drive or look after the animals.
