30 year old woman with little support in her life is in poverty but has medical needs that she cannot afford. She is highly motivated to self manage her diabetes but it is a complex genetic type affecting her kidneys and eyes and feet. It would mean the world to her to be able to afford to get to out of area medical appointments (6 hours return is a lot of petrol!), pharmacy vouchers and other support. You are an mazing community , thanks for making good happen!
