Our client has previously experienced DFV and is currently experiencing financial hardship after having to sell their car due to unaffordable payments. While our client is working, their ability to attend shifts has been severely impacted by the cycle of financial hardship, meaning they can only attend a limited number of hours. Additionally, our client has 2 dependents that require support. As such, our client presents an opportunity for a donor to aid a family who have previously experienced DFV and are currently struggling financially.

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
