We have a single father who has recently encountered a string of economic hardships that is causing difficulties in him being able to manage his weekly outgoings. He is seeking some assistance with food and / or fuel vouchers to help him make ends meet until his circumstances change in the coming weeks. He is working hard with his supports to change his circumstances however, this is naturally a process that takes time for change to filter through and move the backlog of outstanding expenses.

This man was impacted by the 2022 floods, and has been living in Temporary accommodation since. this continued housing instability as a result of being significantly flood impacted has been a huge contributor to his current stress and financial instability.

He is hoping that alleviating some pressure on food and fuel may help him make his rental payments so he can ensure his accommodation is secure and not at risk due to arrears.
