The public housing tenant with no informal support is at significant risk after a serious, ongoing bedbug infestation that has forced them to sometimes sleep rough despite three treatments which couldn't eliminate the issue. They also have complex health needs - chronic spinal and joint conditions causing acute pain, skin infection, and regular pain medication etc. - alongside diagnosed General Personality Disorder and distorted thinking that reduce their capacity to manage living safely and independently. Compounding this is their mobility issue - requiring to use a mobility scooter for daily necessities.
Impacted by the housing relocation, they accepted a property in Carlton and wishes to relocate soon due to significant bedbug issue and sleep disturbances.
