70-year-old woman. She is dealing with trauma from a previous domestic violence. She is going through a difficult time and is struggling financially and emotionally. She is currently supporting her daughter who is going through a divorce, and she regularly has to travel to look after her grandchild.
The cost-of-living crisis is having a huge impact on her, and she doesn't have enough funds for essential items.
She currently lives on her own. She receives the age pension from Centrelink. She suffers from severe and constant arthritis related pain. She is seeing a Counsellor for emotional support and also has been speaking to a Social Worker and support from support organisations.
