This beautiful mum and her then partner helped save many residents while unfortunately losing their house and business. The financial loss and trying to support their 4 children unfortunately tore their marriage apart. They had found a house to rent but when the marriage fell apart the husband moved back into the house. The house at the time was still unlivable, but as a separated couple with huge financial debt they had no choice. Things then deteriorated further with the rental property that the wife was in sold and she couldn't find another that was affordable. At this time she moved back into the flood effected house and the husband moved out into a loft in his work shed. By this time they were both in more financial debt as the husband had not been able to pay rates or keep up with the mortgage repayments as he was desperately rebuilding his business and still had a huge tax debt. The wife is still living with no kitchen or bathroom, or walls and needs help.
