The client comes from a background of drug addiction, trauma, severe domestic violence, dealings with criminal justice system, incarceration and homelessness. She is thoroughly partnering with services on her recovery journey, is reliable, grateful, open, reflective and insightful, and is proudly maintaining abstinence from substances. She is well on the way to getting her life back on track having secured housing for herself and her Indigenous 7 year old son who has special needs. She respectfully requests assistance with furnishing the property to turn it from a house into their home.
