Client is currently homeless, living in a large diesel truck with very limited supports. Experiencing significant financial hardship, they are unable to afford fuel to attend essential services that could assist with housing and other basic needs. The truck is full of belongings, and without fuel, they cannot reach appointments or support programs helping to navigate housing options. Fuel assistance would help maintain access to critical services, support engagement with housing pathways, and reduce further risks associated with this vulnerable situation.

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
