Client has experienced homelessness, social isolation, marginalisation and mental illness since a child. Client has successfully been accepted into a long-term intensive program in which amongst other things, will secure their own public housing property within 12months. This will be the first time client has had their own place to call home. Client is highly intelligent, honest and cares deeply about their Nan who they support with shopping and taking to appointments. Client also plays football on Sunday's. Client manages all the above whilst living in a tent whilst they wait their housing offer. The client has recently broken their phone which they rely on to stay connected to Nan, social worker and GP as well as a means of entertainment whilst isolated in their tent.
