Mum and child left the family home due to father's infidelity and coercive control. Since leaving the family property, her ex-husband has removed her from the family business and blocked their joint accounts, leaving her with no income or access to their joint finances. They are in the middle of family court for mediation and to separate their shared assets but he is not cooperating with the process, causing the court proceedings to be delayed and leaving wife with extensive legal bills. Their young child is under a specialist and needs regular medical attention which is also costly for Mum.
