55-year-old woman is experiencing significant hardship after being recently robbed in her local area. She has since moved to a new unit and requires support with basic household essentials.
She is a single mother of two adult children (22 and 23). Her daughter is also a single mother with a young child, and her son is currently in custody. Despite these challenges, she continues to support her family.
She has a history of domestic violence from a former partner in Papua New Guinea and relocated to Australia to escape the abuse. As a result of serious past injuries to her legs and jaw, she has ongoing physical limitations.
Due to her condition, she is unable to work and relies on JobSeeker as her only income. She previously worked as a cleaner but can no longer perform physically demanding work. She accesses food relief services due to financial hardship. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
