Family needing dish washer, dryer and air conditioner

There is a lovely family mum, dad and two young children. Mum has a significant physical health issues with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome which impact her mobility. And she also has
Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome , Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD. Despite of her health issues she is trying to manage her household and looking after children. However, there is no dish washer and dryer that would help her a lot in terms of reducing using her unwell body. Her son also has ASD and does not have capacity to deal with heat. Mum wants to have one air conditioner at the living room for whole family. Current one is broken and she does not afford to purchase another.
