Resident was living in a cabin with a friend at a caravan park in a bushfire affected area at the time of the fires and had to evacuate. His friend decided not to return to the live in the cabin and resident cannot afford to rent there by himself. Resident's current housing is insecure and most of his money is taken up with board, bills and utilities.
