43 year old Aboriginal woman is living in crisis accommodation in Brisbane after a period of homelessness, including sleeping rough. She is focused on rebuilding her life, returning to TAFE, and seeking employment. She currently only has an old mobile phone with no internet access, limiting her ability to study, apply for jobs, and access essential services. A laptop would help her complete coursework, submit job applications, and improve wellbeing. She has experienced significant hardship, including domestic violence, and lost her parents, leaving her isolated and with mental health challenges. Now prioritising her own needs, she has recently settled at the Park Hotel and is committed to creating a stable future. She is willing to engage with support services to build digital skills. Any assistance to support her during this critical time would be greatly appreciated.
