This young man has been separated from his mother for the past 6 years due to Domestic violence and AOD use. He was removed by child protection and placed in the care of his biological father who he did not know and did not have a relationship with from birth. He stayed with his father for 3 years where he suffered mental and physical abuse. His father lost his leg in a motorbike accident and this child was then responsible for the everyday care of his dad helping him adjust to being an amputee. His father's mental health diminished as he became addicted to the pain relief drugs provided by the Dr. He left the care of his father voluntarily at age 13 and was couch surfing through different houses until finally reconnecting with his maternal aunt. He is not eligible for a youth allowance payment as he is under 16 and his aunty can not collect FTB for him. He is in need of clothing, shoes, food assistance and a mobile phone,
