Client was referred to community mental health to rationalise medication due to finances. Client suffers from complex PTSD (from domestic violence) and depression. She has been compliant with medication for many years but financially struggling to pay for this, basic needs, food and housing. This has become a significant stressor, and her mental health has declined as a result. She is proud older woman, who helps her neighbours and friends without wanting anything in return. Any time of donation would be appreciated as she does not usually ask for help.
