Mum and three children escaping domestic and family violence require support to have their basic needs met
Domestic & Family Violence
Mum and three children recently exited domestic and family violence refuge to re-establish their lives in the community. Mum is a sole parent and cares for her children on a fulltime basis. After living in a domestic and family violence refuge for several months this young family have re-entered the community and are working hard to find safety and stability and move on with their lives in an environment which is free from violence.

Our partner charity has requested this donation for someone they support who is doing it tough.

How it's helped before

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.
