Many patients discharge from hospital without access to basic health and hygiene supplies, which can make recovery and transitioning into the community more difficult. Donations of essential pharmacy items would provide practical support for vulnerable patients as they leave hospital and move into temporary accommodation or support services. Any assistance you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated and would directly benefit patients facing significant hardship. Thank you for considering this request.
