This individual has recently transitioned from homelessness into government housing after experiencing prolonged hardship and continues to face financial stress while living on a limited income. He lives with severe dermatitis, which significantly impacts his daily wellbeing, and also experiences ongoing mental health challenges alongside a history of alcohol addiction, creating additional barriers to maintaining his health, recovery, and housing stability. Despite these difficulties, he has shown a strong commitment to improving his circumstances and rebuilding his life. Since securing housing, he has made significant progress and takes great pride in his home, particularly the garden he has created, which provides him with purpose, routine, and a positive outlet that supports his mental wellbeing. Additional support at this stage will help him maintain the progress he has made, continue his recovery journey, and strengthen the stability he has worked hard to achieve.
