Elderly resident facing health challenges & being fire/flood impacted struggling with repairs to primary producer property & forced to sell livestock until fencing repairs are completed. This has meant resident has not been able to derive any income from the business property since the fires & is struggling to attend medical appointments or make repairs due to lack of finances for basic needs whilst attempting to make necessary repairs to business property. Resident has also experienced some theft of equipment from her sheds which is hampering repair efforts even further as she cannot afford to replace what was stolen
